Jimmy Calderwood says that he is interested in the vacant Hibernian job.

Former Aberdeen, Kilmarnock and Dunfermline boss Jimmy Calderwood has expressed his interest in the vacant managerial position at Hibernian.

The 56-year-old's namesake Colin was sacked by the SPL side on Sunday.

When asked by BBC Scotland if he was interested in the job, he replied: "Of course, it's a wonderful club."

Former Hearts boss Jim Jefferies and Shamrock Rovers manager Michael O'Neill have both also been linked with the job at Easter Road.
