Aritz Aduriz double gives Athletic Bilbao win

Athletic Bilbao are out of the La Liga relegation zone with a narrow 2-1 win at fellow strugglers Granada.

Two first-half goals from Aritz Aduriz have given Athletic Bilbao a 2-1 win at Granada in La Liga.

A first away league victory of the season has moved Marcelo Bielsa's side out of the relegation zone, while Granada remain second from bottom in the table.

Aduriz opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 13th minute after he was needlessly fouled off the ball by Pape Diakhate.

The striker bagged his second goal of the game 10 minutes later thanks to a low finish past goalkeeper Tono from the edge of the area.

Granada pulled one back early in the second half when Youssef El-Arabi's effort somehow squeezed past Gorka Iraizoz, but they were unable to find an equaliser.
