Preview: Getafe vs. Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid continue their battle with city rivals Real Madrid and face a tricky away encounter at Getafe on Sunday.

The hosts are on a good run of form in the league and are unbeaten in their last six, most recently a 0-0 draw away to Real Betis.

Atletico have stuttered slightly in recent weeks with just one win in their last four and they were held at home last weekend by Valencia.

For the hosts, Xavi Torres and Rafa Lopez are out while Sergio Escudero is unlikely to be fit to play.

Diego Simeone has just one major injury concern, with Arda Turan ruled out of the contest.
