Fulham sign forward Kamara from Amiens

Fulham have announced the signing of striker Aboubakar Kamara from French club Amiens.

The Frenchman scored 11 times during the 2016-17 campaign to help Amiens earn promotion to Ligue 1, but he will now ply his trade in England after signing a four-year contract with the Cottagers.

The 22-year-old, who started his professional career with AS Monaco, is believed to have cost Fulham in the region of £5.35m, although the Championship side have listed the figure as 'undisclosed'.

Kamara told Fulham's official website: "I am delighted to have completed my transfer to Fulham today. Fulham is a club with a fantastic history and tradition, and I'm looking forward to bringing my qualities to help the team and achieve success."

Kamara has become Fulham's sixth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Marcelo Djalo, Ibrahima Cisse, Lucas Piazon, Oliver Norwood and Tomas Kalas at Craven Cottage.
