Fulham boss Martin Jol refuses to back down following his latest spat with Bobby Zamora.

Fulham boss Martin Jol has refused to back down following his latest spat with Bobby Zamora.

Zamora and Jol clashed again last weekend, when the England Euro 2012 hopeful was left out of the trip to Swansea for tactical reasons.

The 30-year-old is expected to return for Wednesday's Europa League clash against Odense, but Jol has taken a firm stance on the issue.

"There will be one or two in the starting eleven who don't like me. But it's about doing the business for the club and getting the best out of them. It's not provocation, it's inspiration and trying to stimulate them," said Jol.

"Has Bobby sulked? We're different. I like him... It was the same a couple of months ago. I left him out when we went to Odense and he was moaning he was not going with us."

Fulham must win against Odense to guarantee a place in the last 32 of the Europa League.
