Wigan Athletic chasing Everton youngster Antonee Robinson?

Everton youngster Antonee Robinson has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Wigan Athletic.

Robinson has come through the academy system with the Toffees, but the 20-year-old is still waiting to make his first-team debut.

The United States international finds himself at least third in the pecking order at left-back due to the arrival of Lucas Digne, and that could result in a loan move away from Goodison Park.

According to the Liverpool Echo, newly-promoted Championship side Wigan are looking to add the player to their squad on a temporary basis.

Robinson has just spent a similar period with Bolton Wanderers, with 26 starts and four substitute outings being made at the second tier during the most recent campaign.
