Everton snap up Bryan Oviedo

Everton complete the signing of Bryan Oviedo from FC Copenhagen on a four-year contract.

Everton have completed the signing of Bryan Oviedo from FC Copenhagen on a four-year contract.

A fee was agreed between the two clubs earlier today and the 22-year-old has since passed a medical and put pen to paper on personal terms.

Oviedo is a versatile left-sided player and will provide competition for Leighton Baines at full-back and also provide an option on the wing.

Confirmation of the transfer was delayed until the Costa Rican international was granted a work permit to play in the Premier League, but Oviedo has now officially signed on at Goodison Park.
