Marcel Brands to bring Hirving Lozano, Hakim Ziyech to Everton?

PSV Eindhoven technical director Marcel Brands reportedly wants to sign PSV winger Hirving Lozano and Ajax attacking midfielder Hakim Ziyech for Everton this summer.

PSV Eindhoven technical director Marcel Brands has earmarked two Eredivisie players as his first signings once he joins Everton, according to a report.

The 56-year-old is said to have already agreed terms with the Toffees and will officially arrive at Goodison Park in the summer.

According to The Mirror, Brands's appointment at Everton is to be confirmed imminently, with PSV's Hirving Lozano and Ajax's Hakim Ziyech also set to arrive on Merseyside over the off-season.

Lozano, a Mexico international who has previously been linked to Manchester United and Manchester City, has scored 24 goals in 47 matches for club and country in 2017-18.

Ziyech, meanwhile, has nine goals and 15 assists in 37 matches this campaign for Ajax, and will represent Morocco at the World Cup this summer.

Brands's arrival at Everton may spell the end of Steve Walsh's spell at the club less than two years after joining from Leicester City.
