Team News: Holt, Morison resume partnership for Norwich City

Paul Lambert has decided to select Gary Holt and Steve Morison up front for Norwich City's trip to Everton this afternoon.

Attacking midfielder Wes Hoolahan has also been recalled to the starting lineup.

For the home side, Louis Saha will play as a lone striker, while Tim Cahill has been handed an advanced role.
