Everton manager Roberto Martinez has claimed that his deadline-day signings have settled into the club with ease.
The Merseyside outfit secured the signature of midfielder James McCarthy from Wigan Athletic, as well as completing loan moves for Manchester City's Gareth Barry and Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea.
"It is always great to have new faces being integrated into the group," Martinez said in a press conference. "I don't think it has been a difficult time for any of those players. It has been a good welcoming period. We can't wait to get the full squad working together."
Martinez also claimed that McCarthy is yet to train with the squad ahead of their Premier League clash against Chelsea on Saturday.
