Everton want David Moyes to commit long-term future

Everton to offer Moyes new contract

Everton plan to offer manager David Moyes a new contract keeping him at Goodison Park until 2015.

The 48-year-old, who became the Toffees boss in 2002, is currently on a deal that runs until 2013.

Despite being contracted for the next two years, Everton chairman Bill Kenwright is keen to secure the Scotsman with a new deal in the New Year, according to The Mirror.

The Merseyside club take on Premier League rivals West Bromwich Albion on home turf in the Carling Cup third-round tie tonight (Wednesday).
