Sports Mole rounds up all the action from the tonight's Europa League matches.

It was a good night for the English clubs in the Europa League with both Liverpool and Newcastle United grinding out 1-0 wins in this evening's late kickoffs.

Atletico Madrid and Dnipro maintained their 100% records, while there were also wins for Borussia Monchengladbach, Fenerbahce and Steaua Bucuresti.

Both Udinese Napoli slumped to surprise defeats in an evening that Italian teams will be hoping to forget.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the action from across Europe.

Group A: Liverpool are the new leaders of Group A following their 1-0 home victory over Anzhi Makhachkala. Young Boys recorded a surprise 3-1 win over Udinese in tonight's other match

Group B: Athletico Madrid kept up their 100% record in the competition, defeating Academica of Portugal 2-1. Plzen moved into second place, beating Hapoel Tel Aviv by the same scoreline in Israel, and are currently three points behind the Spaniards.

Group C: Fenerbahce narrowly defeated AEL Limassol to move into pole position in the group, but the battle for second place heated up after Borussia Monchengladbach's 2-0 home victory over Marseille left both teams with four points.
