FIFA vice-president Jim Boyce believes that UEFA should consider banning Serbia from future international tournaments.

FIFA vice-president Jim Boyce believes that UEFA should impose an immediate stadium ban on Serbia.

Objects and racist chants were aimed at Danny Rose and several of his England Under-21s teammates during and after their 1-0 victory over Serbia on Tuesday night, and Boyce has insisted that it is time for UEFA to get tough in the fight against racism.

Boyce told BBC Radio 5 Live: "It needs to be a stadium ban now.

"There may even be a situation where Serbia aren't allowed to play in one of the future competitions.

"This is not the first time that Serbia have had major problems and as someone who completely condemns racism in any shape or form, I think this time, UEFA have to act and they have to act very strongly."

England's victory in Krusevac saw them qualify for the 2013 Under-21 European Championships in Israel.
