England Under-21s face playoff tie with Croatia

England Under-21s have been handed a tie with Croatia in the playoffs for the European Championships.

Molineux will host the first leg before England play the reverse fixture in Croatia, both games taking place between October 8 and October 14.

Gareth Southgate's side completed an unbeaten qualification campaign with a 3-0 win in Moldova earlier this week.

Croatia topped a group that included Ukraine and Switzerland, and are likely to provide tough opposition for the Three Lions.
