England players to hold minute's silence at 11am in training for Paris victims

England's players and manager Roy Hodgson will take part in a Europe-wide minute's silence at 11am today in tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks in Paris.

England's players and coaching staff will hold a minute's silence at 11am today in tribute to the 129 people who lost their lives in Friday's terrorist attacks in Paris.

A Europe-wide minute's silence will take place this morning to pay respects to the people who perished when six separate attacks struck the capital of France.

The Three Lions, including manager Roy Hodgson, will take part in the remembrance during a training session ahead of tomorrow's international friendly against France at Wembley.

The game was given the green light to go ahead after the France Football Federation and the English Football Association held talks after the deadly attacks.

Wembley will screen the words to the French national anthem La Marseillaise to encourage both sets of fans to sing prior to kickoff on Tuesday evening.

Three suicide bombers killed themselves just outside of the Stade de France, where Didier Deschamps's team were playing Germany.

The players were given the option to miss Tuesday's match, but the entire squad have chosen to take part in the friendly.
