FA fear low England Euro 2012 ticket sales

UEFA issue the FA with substantial numbers of England Euro 2012 tickets but there are fears that Three Lions' fans won't fork out for the trip.

England are expected to have a low level of support in the European Championships next year as the Football Association fear that they will be unable to shift tickets.

The Three Lions' support in Ukraine could dwindle due to the cost of travelling and lack of accommodation in Donetsk, where England will play France and Ukraine in the group stage.

UEFA have allocated a considerable nymber of tickets for the FA to sell, including over 7,000 for England's first Group D match against France. However, due to the logistics of the tournament along with the high prices, supporters may refrain from travelling.

If Fabio Capello's side reach the final of the elite competition, over 8,000 tickets are expected to be allocated to fans.
