Vadim Demidov completes Celta Vigo loan

Eintracht Frankfurt defender Vadim Demidov has completed a loan move to Celta Vigo until the end of the season.

The 26-year-old Norwegian moved to Frankfurt in the summer following a five-month spell with Real Sociedad.

"I'm very happy because I've come to an historic club," Demidov told Vigo's official website.

"Hopefully I can stay beyond June 30 and do everything I can to help the team. At a good club like this, players need competition. If there wasn't any, this would not be a great club."

Celta Vigo return to La Liga action on Sunday when they play host to Real Valladolid.
