Carlton Cole is reportedly on the verge of signing a deal with Crystal Palace.
The 29-year-old striker is currently a free agent after being released by West Ham United at the end of last season.
The former England international is now close to penning a one-year contract at Selhurst Park, according to Sky Sports News.
Cole is reported to have also attracted the interest of Hull City and a number of teams in Turkey.
