Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock has revealed that he wants a director of football brought into the club.
Warnock, who arrived at the club in August to replace Tony Pulis who left days before the start of the season, feels that the role would be extremely beneficial to him and Palace.
"It's an important role and one that Palace need," Warnock told reporters. "We've talked about a number and I've given my own suggestion as well and I think we've got to look at every aspect of that.
"Not just 'am I gonna deal with him', I'm on about the whole structure of the club."
Palace face West Bromwich Albion in their Premier League clash later today.
