Report: Crewe Alexandra hoping to sign Bradden Inman

A report claims that Crewe Alexandra boss Steve Davis wants to sign Newcastle United midfielder Bradden Inman on a permanent contract this summer.

The 21-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Gresty Road, is believed to be keen on a move to the League One outfit.

According to PA, Inman has rejected a new contract at Newcastle, opening the door for Crewe to sign the midfielder on a permanent deal.

A number of Football League clubs are also believed to be monitoring proceedings.
