Eden Hazard reveals he will leave Chelsea for Paris Saint-Germain?

Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard has reportedly told his friends that he will leave Stamford Bridge to join Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.

The Belgium international is believed to have been targeted by the Ligue 1 champions, who already have Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani as their attacking options.

According to Le Parisien, Hazard, who has been rated at £50m, has chosen to leave the Blues for France, but Chelsea are reluctant to sell the player.

Hazard joined the Premier League outfit from Lille in 2012.
