Chelsea have £20m bid for Fiorentina's Steven Jovetic turned down?

Chelsea have reportedly missed out on clinching Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic following a rejected £20m bid.

The Champions League winners have been linked with the 22-year-old frontman in recent months but Fiorentina have been insistent that their star player will not be sold.

It is thought that the Serie A side have snubbed the Blues' offer as they are keen for Jovetic to honour his five-year contract, according to La Gazetta dello Sport.

Reports have claimed that the Italian outfit could be budged if Chelsea come up with a more substantial bid.
