Chelsea begin Cesar Azpilicueta talks

Chelsea have opened talks with Marseille defender Cesar Azpilicueta.

Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas has the made the 22-year-old right-back one of his top priorities for the upcoming transfer window, according to the Daily Mail.

Azpilicueta is considered to be worth around £16m.

The Stamford Bridge side are also thought to be interested in Sao Paulo's teenage midfielder Lucas Moura.
