Antonio Conte: 'Oscar is going nowhere'

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte insists that Oscar's future remains at Stamford Bridge amid speculation linking him with a January move to Inter Milan.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has insisted that Oscar is going nowhere amid interest linking the attacking midfielder with a move away from the club.

The 25-year-old has made just five Premier League starts for the Blues so far this season, the most recent of which came on September 16.

Struggling Italian giants Inter Milan have been linked with a January swoop for the Brazilian, but Conte insists that Oscar's future remains at Stamford Bridge.

"Oscar's future is at Chelsea and he is an important player in the squad. He is a great player and for me, he is staying," he told reporters.

Oscar is yet to score for Chelsea in nine appearances across all competitions this season.
