Sergio Aguero starts as the lone striker for Manchester City at Chelsea as Manuel Pellegrini alters formation for the trip to Stamford Bridge.

Manuel Pellegrini has changed formation from 4-4-2 to 4-5-1 for today's trip to Chelsea, with Sergio Aguero leading the line on his own.

Martin Demichelis also makes his debut for the visitors in central defence alongside Matija Nastisic.

Jose Mourinho drops Juan Mata in his playmaking three, with Andre Schurrle getting the nod to join Oscar and Eden Hazard behind Fernando Torres, who keeps his place in the side after a midweek Champions League brace.
