Chelsea's Filipe Luis: 'Any mistakes can be costly'

Filipe Luis is wary that one mistake could cost Chelsea's quest to become Premier League champions.

Chelsea defender Filipe Luis is wary that any mistakes at Premier League level could cost the Blues' title hopes.

Jose Mourinho's side remain at the top of the league table with a five-point lead over Manchester City following Saturday's 5-0 rout over Swansea City.

"It's good to be top of the league and to put the pressure on teams around us but we just want to play well and keep the level high because the Premier League is the most difficult competition I've played in and any mistakes can cost you," Luis told the club's official website.

Chelsea will turn their attention to the Capital One Cup on Tuesday when they take on Liverpool at Anfield in the first leg of their semi-final.
