Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte admits that he has been impressed with the home form of Swansea City, whom they face at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.

Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte has suggested that his team will face a tough test at Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

The Blues head into the fixture having won their last three matches in all competitions, with the gap to fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur being closed to five points.

Victory at the Liberty Stadium will further boost Chelsea's hopes of Champions League qualification, but Conte has acknowledged that he has been impressed with Swansea's form in front of their own supporters.

At a press conference, the 48-year-old told reporters: "It won't be easy because we are going to play against a team fighting to avoid relegation. In the last five games at home, Swansea won four games and drew only once. That means they are in good form. We must pay great attention.

"If we want to continue to have hope of a place in the Champions League we need to get three points and try to put pressure on the teams ahead of us."

Chelsea have failed to win on their last two visits to South Wales.
