Diego Costa trains with Chelsea despite injury concerns

Chelsea striker Diego Costa eases concerns over his knee injury by training with the team ahead of their FA Cup clash with MK Dons.

Diego Costa today trained with his Chelsea teammates despite concerns over his fitness following the injury he sustained during Sunday's clash with Arsenal.

Costa was heavily involved at the Emirates Stadium, drawing the foul from which Per Mertesacker was sent off before scoring the only goal of the game five minutes later.

However, he was not able to help his side see out the victory having been forced off with a knee injury in the 68th minute.

There were concerns that the Brazilian-born Spain international would miss this weekend's FA Cup clash with MK Dons as a result of his injury, but the problem does not appear to be too serious after he was pictured making his way out for training with the squad.

Costa, who is expected to be rested for Sunday's match even if he is fit, has scored six goals in six games under Guus Hiddink so far.
