Report: Arda Turan to return for Chelsea clash

A report claims that Atletico Madrid will have Arda Turan fit for next week's Champions League semi-final first leg against Chelsea.

Atletico Madrid will reportedly have Arda Turan fit and available for next week's Champions League semi-final first leg against Chelsea at the Vicente Calderon.

The 27-year-old has missed his side's last three matches with a groin injury and had initially been a doubt for the European tie next Tuesday.

However, according to Marca, the Turkish international will re-join first-team training later this week with a view to being available against the Blues.

The same report has claimed that Turan could even feature in the league against Elche on Friday, but head coach Diego Simeone is unlikely to risk the midfielder.
