Ipswich Town, Brighton & Hove Albion track Dean Marney

Ipswich Town and Brighton & Hove Albion are reportedly hoping to sign Burnley midfielder Dean Marney in the summer.

Marney has just 12 months remaining on his contract at Turf Moor and so far no talks have taken place over a new deal.

As a result, both Ipswich and Brighton are keen to take advantage of the situation by submitting offers for 28-year-old over the coming weeks, according to Sky Sports News.

Marney joined the Clarets in 2010 from fellow Championship side Hull City.
