Brighton fined for breaching agent rules

Brighton & Hove Albion have been fined £90,000 and warned as to their future conduct by the Football Association after admitting a breach of its Agent Regulations.

Three agents have also been sanctioned for their part in the transfer of Dale Stephens from Charlton Athletic to Brighton in January 2014.

Alex Levack and Matthew Kleinman have each been fined £7,500 and banned from all "agency and intermediary" activity for 14 months, with seven months suspended.

Meanwhile, Ali Rahnama has been suspended for nine months, with three months of that sanction suspended.
