Benoit Lesoimier: 'No distractions'

Brest midfielder Benoit Lesoimier has insisted that his relationship with Caen will have no bearing on his performance when the two sides meet in Ligue 1 on Sunday.

The 28-year-old spent 11 years as a youngster at Caen, but has stated that his focus remains on the game ahead.

"The most important thing is this game – that means absolutely to succeed," Lesoimier told the club's official website.

Brest sit 11th in Ligue 1, two places above Caen.
