Brentford have confirmed the loan signing of Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson following the departure of Yoane Wissa to Newcastle United.
Wissa has been pushing throughout the summer to complete a move away from the Gtech Community Stadium.
The forward released a statement on Sunday to express his desire to leave Brentford for a "reasonable offer" as the clock ticked towards the summer transfer deadline.
Wissa ultimately got his wish and has now been unveiled as the newest addition to Eddie Howe's Newcastle squad.

Wissa completes Newcastle switch
Wissa has joined the Magpies for an initial £50m, with the potential for the deal to rise to £55m depending on add-ons.
After putting pen to paper on a long-term deal, Wissa expressed his delight at finally sealing a move to St James' Park.
"I'm really happy to be here and to sign for one of the biggest clubs in the Premier League," Wissa told the Newcastle website.
"I'm very, very excited to put on the black and white shirt. I've got dreams, I've got faith, and now I will do my best to make it all happen. I can't wait to get started."
Wissa will wear the iconic number nine shirt for Newcastle and could make his debut in the Premier League home clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers on September 13.

Nelson joins Brentford from Arsenal
Brentford boss Keith Andrews will be disappointed to see Wissa depart after he recently insisted that he expected him to stay at the club.
However, the blow of Wissa's departure may be softened by the arrival of Nelson on a season-long loan deal.
"I can't wait to get going," Nelson told Brentford's media team. "It's a big platform for me to express myself, and that's what I need right now.
"I wanted to go to a club where I know I'm going to play regularly; I know there's competition for places, but I'm going to train hard and show myself that I can get the minutes I deserve."
Nelson will be targeting a productive season after last season's loan spell with Brentford's West London rivals Fulham was hampered by injury.
Who are Brentford's forward options?
Nelson will bolster Andrews's attacking ranks, but the Arsenal loanee will be primarily used on either flank.
As a result, there may be concern that Brentford are light on centre-forward options following Wissa's move to Newcastle.
Igor Thiago is the club's current first-choice striker, having started the new season with three goals in four competitive appearances.
On paper, there is no obvious backup to the Brazilian, although Kevin Schade and Dango Ouattara can play through the middle if required.
