Brentford have reportedly closed in on the signing of FC Twente defender Andreas Bjelland.
The Bees have agreed a club-record €3m (£2.1m) deal with the Dutch outfit for Bjelland's services, according to GetWestLondon.
Bjelland, who has been capped 21 times by Denmark, scored three goals in 26 Eredivisie appearances last term.
It is expected that the deal will be confirmed tomorrow when the transfer window officially opens.
