Afternoon all! Sports Mole's live Premier League coverage continues from the Vitality Stadium as Bournemouth welcome Swansea City. Bournemouth have only won one of their last 10 in the Premier League, and will come up against a Swansea side that sit just above the relegation zone in 17th position. It is a huge game on the south coast, and you can follow it right here!

The two teams played out a goalless draw when they locked horns in Wales earlier this season, but Bournemouth recorded a 2-0 victory in the corresponding Premier League clash last term. Swansea have not actually beaten Bournemouth since a 4-1 victory during the 2007-08 League One season. It would be fair to say that both clubs have come a long way since then.

Right, let me bring you up-to-speed with the all-important team news from the Vitality Stadium. Bournemouth suffered a 2-1 defeat at Southampton last weekend, while Swansea lost 1-0 at home to Chelsea. Any changes? Let's run through the two XIs that will start this key fixture...

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has made two changes to the team that started against Southampton last weekend, with Andrew Surman and Marc Pugh coming in for Dan Gosling and Lys Mousset. Calum Wilson will again lead the line for the Cherries with support from Josh King.

As for Swansea, club captain Federico Fernandez is back at centre-back, while Nathan Dyer and Tom Carroll also come into the team with Andy King among those dropping out. Jordan Ayew and Andre Ayew both start in the final third of the field, with Connor Roberts also keeping his spot.

So there we have it. The two teams are in, and we are now just about 40 minutes from kickoff on the south coast. I shall speak about Swansea a little bit later, but let's start with the hosts Bournemouth. As mentioned above, a poor run of form has seen Eddie Howe's side win just one of their last 10 Premier League matches, and they have lost each of their last three in the top flight.

Bournemouth will be a Premier League club next season, but Howe will be slightly concerned by their drop in form. Indeed, the Cherries have lost to Liverpool, Manchester United and Southampton in their last three league matches, and are without a top-flight victory since beating basement side West Bromwich Albion at home in the middle of March. Not the best run of form!

A total of nine wins and 11 draws from 36 matches has brought them 38 points, and they are actually just five points ahead of their opponents this afternoon. Howe's team will face Swansea here before ending their campaign away to Burnley next weekend, and the supporters will be looking for an improvement in recent performances, which have just not been good enough.

FULL-TIME! STOKE 1-2 CRYSTAL PALACE

Stoke led at home to Palace, but have suffered a 2-1 defeat to Roy Hodgson's side. It is a brilliant result for Swansea and indeed the teams around them. Stoke have been officially relegated from the Premier League, which is a disaster for that football club. One down, two to go. Scenes!

As for Swansea, it is make or break time for the Welsh outfit. They will enter this match in 17th position in the table on 33 points - just one point clear of 18th-placed Southampton. The Saints go to Everton later this afternoon, and a win for Swansea in this match would be absolutely huge.

Carlos Carvalhal made a strong impression when he first arrived at Swansea, but there is no getting away from the fact that the team are without a victory in the league since beating West Ham United 4-1 at the start of March. Since then, they have drawn three and lost three of their six Premier League matches to sit just outside the relegation zone approaching the final week.

It has been a tough couple of weeks, however, losing 5-0 at Manchester City on April 22 before suffering a 1-0 defeat at home to Chelsea last weekend. Swansea will face Bournemouth here before facing to monumental matches against Southampton and Stoke in their final two league matches.

Six of Swansea's eight Premier League wins this season have come at the Liberty Stadium, and they have only managed 12 points on their travels. There has been no Premier League away win in 2018 for the Swans, meanwhile, with their last success on the road coming at Watford in December.

It must be said that there is a wonderful atmosphere inside the Vitality Stadium. It is a beautiful afternoon on the south coast, and it is a massive football match. Bournemouth will be wanting to give their supporters something to cheer following a poor run of form, while Swansea really need the points due to their struggles in recent weeks. There is an awful lot at stake this afternoon.

KICKOFF! Bournemouth kick things off on home soil...

... West Bromwich Albion will be relegated if they do not beat Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon, and as mentioned, Stoke have already gone. Swansea are in serious danger of joining them, and the Welsh outfit will be in a very difficult position if they do not pick up a result in this match.

Half-chance for the home side as Wilson drives into the Swansea box, but Fernandez just does enough at the final moment to make the challenge. Danger inside the Swansea box there.

Bournemouth are very much on the front foot in the early exchanges of this match, with Wilson's pace and power causing problems. Swansea just need to weather the early storm from the hosts.

Swansea are struggling to get out of their own half at the moment as the home side continue to pile the pressure on. We have seen little from the Ayew brothers in the first seven minutes.

GOAL DISALLOWED! Pugh strokes home for Bournemouth, but the offside flag had been raised. It was a good run from the midfielder, but he was just in an offside position.

Just the one goal in the 3pm kickoffs in the Premier League, with Watford leading Newcastle 1-0 on home soil. Just a reminder that Stoke suffered a 2-1 defeat to Palace earlier this afternoon, and that result relegated the Potters. Swansea have just started to see more of the ball on the south coast.

Another half-chance for the away side, this time for Mawson, as the centre-back rises highest at the far post, but his header was always too high. Much better from Swansea at the moment.

CHANCE! Huge chance for the home side as Fraser delivers a brilliant cross towards the far post, but Wilson blazes wide of the post. Big opportunity for the Cherries here.

CHANCE! Another big chance for the home side as Surman finds himself all alone inside the Swansea box, but the midfielder decides to look for the pass, and Swansea manage to clear their lines. Surman really should have struck towards goal there.

It is a really lively game here as both teams continue to commit players in the final third.

A point would not be the worst result in the world for Swansea this afternoon, although it would give Southampton the chance to move above them later with a win at Everton.

The referee has been forced into action in the last couple of minutes due to a series of late challenges. Neither team has been able to make the most of promising free kicks though.

Half-chance for Swansea as Olsson meets a cross from Andre Ayew, and heads just over.

Little over 15 minutes of the first period remaining, and it has been a very open game of football. Swansea have certainly had their moments, but Bournemouth have also been very threatening.

Watford lead Newcastle 2-0, but there are no goals in any of the other three 3pm kickoffs in the Premier League. West Bromwich Albion are still holding Tottenham at the Hawthorns.

You do get the feeling that the first goal - if there indeed is one - could be crucial in this match. That said, neither defence has looked secure in the first 34 minutes of this contest.

It must be said that the first 43 minutes of this match have flown past, and both teams will feel that they should have scored at least twice. As it stands, Bournemouth have the advantage.

Wilson goes down inside the Swansea box under pressure from Van der Hoorn, but the referee is not interested. The Bournemouth forward has been impressive in the first 45 minutes here.

We are into the first and only minute of added time at the end of the first period.

So there we have it. The referee brings the first period to a close with Bournemouth leading Swansea 1-0 at the break courtesy of a strike from Fraser in the 37th minute. Swansea have created plenty of opportunities at the Vitality Stadium, but have been unable to register here.

What a huge final 30 minutes of football in Swansea's season. A defeat would not relegate the Welsh outfit, but it would leave them in a very difficult position. Can they answer back here?
