Borussia Dortmund have announced record profits for the period of July 1 to December 31, 2011.
Figures of €101.4m (£89.9m) represent a rise of €30m (£25.4m) in revenue compared to the same period last year.
Pre-tax profits are also up from €4.3m (£3.6m) to €16.7m (£14.1m).
The figures will be of welcome relief for Die Borussen, who were on the verge of bankruptcy in 2005, forcing them to sell the Westfalenstadion.
"Borussia has developed itself economically and on a sporting level continuously over the last few years," said Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke.
The reigning champions have already agreed a deal to buy 22-year-old German international Marco Reus from Borussia Monchengladbach for €17.5m (£14.8m).
"Given the current figures it's clear that the transfer of Marco Reus does not pose any economic risk," added Watzke.
Dortmund currently top the Bundesliga by two points following Monchengladbach's 1-1 draw at home to Hamburg.
