Borussia Dortmund have insisted that Marco Reus's latest ankle injury is "nothing serious"

The attacker, who has been plagued by fitness complaints in recent campaigns, hobbled out of a recent pre-season training session.

However, on the club's official Twitter page, the club responded to questions regarding the 26-year-old when they posted: "Marco Reus has a slight ligament problem. It's nothing serious."

Then, in a later press conference, head coach Thomas Tuchel revealed that Reus could be ready to take part in the team's upcoming fitness session.
