Jeffrey Rentmeister returns to native Belgium

Jeffrey Rentmeister has wasted no time in finding himself a new club.

It was announced earlier today that the 30-year-old was one of 17 players to have been released by Blackpool following their relegation from the Championship.

It has since been confirmed that the defender has agreed a switch to Belgian second division outfit Royal White Star Bruxelles.

Rentmeister made his last appearance for the Seasiders back in November.
