Alex Henshall joins Blackpool

Blackpool have completed the signing of Ipswich Town winger Alex Henshall on a one-month loan deal.

The 20-year-old joined the Tractor Boys from Manchester City during the summer, but he has only made five appearances for Mick McCarthy's side.

As a result, he has been loaned out to the Championship's basement club to get more regular match action.

Henshall is expected to be in the Blackpool squad for this afternoon's home clash against Millwall.
