Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Mario Gotze has revealed that his side put in a solid shift in their 2-0 win away to Borussia Monchengladbach on Friday night.

Gotze insists that the players have fully embraced head coach Pep Guardiola's style of play and believes that they were fully deserving of their win.

"We worked really hard today and played very well," he told Bundesliga.com. "Pep Guardiola is a fantastic coach with a great philosophy, all the players are really happy here.
