Barcelona's Rafinha: 'My future is open"

Barcelona midfielder Rafinha says that his future "is open" amid suggestions that the Brazil international could leave Spain in this summer's transfer window.

Barcelona midfielder Rafinha has revealed that his future "is open" amid suggestions that the Brazil international is heading for the Camp Nou exit ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

Rafinha, 24, found the back of the net seven times in 28 appearances for Barcelona last season, but he missed the tail end of the campaign with a knee injury, which is yet to fully heal.

Liverpool have been linked with the versatile midfielder, while it has also been suggested that Barcelona could use the Brazilian in an attempt to sign Hector Bellerin from Arsenal.

Rafinha has revealed that he is currently focusing on returning to full fitness, although the midfielder's comments suggest that he is open to the possibility of leaving Barcelona in this summer's transfer window.

"My future is open and only God knows what will happen," Rafinha told Marca. "I am a Barcelona player and the most important thing now is to recover from my knee injury and then you will see what happens. All I can say is that everything is open."

Rafinha returned to Barcelona in the summer of 2014 after a loan spell at Celta Vigo.
