Barcelona midfielder Sergi Roberto has revealed his delight at breaking into the first team at the Spanish champions this season.
The 21-year-old, who has been with Barcelona since 2006, has made 11 appearances this season, already six more than he managed in the entirety of the previous campaign.
"I've been playing more this month and that's great. Little by little I've gained the confidence of the manager," he told reporters at a press conference.
"It's an honour for the manager to speak well of you. I have to keep working and take advantage of my opportunities."
Roberto has 10 Under-21 Spain caps to his name.
