Gerardo Martino: 'I made mistakes'

Gerardo Martino has conceded that he regrets a lot of aspects of his short spell in charge of Barcelona.

The Argentine took charge of the Catalan outfit last summer, but left earlier this year after failing to lift a major trophy in his first season.

"From our very first contact, I would have done almost everything differently," he told Marca.

"I won't give any examples but I regret a lot of things that happened during that time, although they've helped me to learn and not repeat the same mistakes."

Martino was criticised for attempting to change the style of the club last season.
