Pep Guardiola: 'I won't coach Barcelona again'

Pep Guardiola claims that he has no intention of becoming Barcelona head coach again in the future.

Bayern Munich head coach Pep Guardiola has insisted that he has no intention of managing Barcelona again in the future.

Despite winning 14 trophies in a four-year reign before his departure in 2012, Guardiola claims that he has never considered the possibility of returning to the club where he enjoyed success as a player and coach.

"In principle I won't coach Barca again," the Bayern boss told Mundo Deportivo. "I think that there are cycles in life and that mine finished.

"My wife has her work here [in Barcelona] and the idea is to come back and live here. But I don't know when that will be."

Guardiola won four trophies, including the Bundesliga title, with Bayern last season.
