How Barcelona could line up against Barbastro

Barcelona head coach Xavi will ring the changes for Sunday's Copa del Rey clash with Barbastro.

The Catalan outfit remain without the services of Pedri, Marcos Alonso, Gavi and Marc-Andre ter Stegen, but Inigo Martinez is set to be involved at some stage after recovering from a muscular issue.

Barcelona lost a sixth player to injury during their 2-1 win over Las Palmas in La Liga on Thursday, with Joao Cancelo picking up an MCL strain, which will rule him out of this contest.

Vitor Roque, who has arrived at the club this month from Athletico Paranaense, made his debut as a substitute against Las Palmas, and the Brazilian is now in line for a full debut.

There could also be a first appearance for right-back Hector Fort, while 16-year-old Pau Cubarsi will be in his manager's thinking when it comes to potential minutes.

Andreas Christensen, Fermin Lopez and Oriol Romeu are also set to come into the side, while but Lamine Yamal is unavailable for selection through suspension.

Joao Felix was named on the bench against Las Palmas before being introduced in the 72nd minute, and he could be brought back into the XI for the clash with fourth-tier Barbastro in the round of 32.

Inaki Pena is enjoying a run in the side due to Ter Stegen's absence, and he is expected to again start between the sticks despite the presence of Ander Astralaga and Diego Kochen in the goalkeeping department.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Pena; Fort, Christensen, Kounde, Balde; F Lopez, Romeu, Roberto; Raphinha, Roque, Felix
