Jon Aurtenetxe dismisses Fernando Llorente, Javi Martinez exit talk

Athletic Bilbao defender Jon Aurtenetxe has said that he expects both Fernando Llorente and Javi Martinez to remain at the club next season.

Aurtenetxe, who has become a central figure for Athletic, admits that he was disappointed with how 2011-12 ended. However, he maintains that it was still a great season for Marcelo Bielsa's side, and sees neither star leaving the club this summer.

"Losing two finals leaves a bad taste in the mouth," he told Goal.com.

"[Llorente and Martinez] are two great professionals who are looking forward to the European Championship. I do not think Athletic losing both finals will affect their futures at the club. We had a great season."

Meanwhile, manager Marcelo Bielsa's future at San Mames remains unresolved.
