Wales boss Chris Coleman eyed by Aston Villa, Swansea City?

Coleman on Villa, Swansea shortlists?

Wales manager Chris Coleman has reportedly caught the eye of Aston Villa and Swansea City.

Both Premier League clubs are hunting for a new boss, while Coleman's future with the Welsh national team remains uncertain as he is yet to agree a new deal.

It is believed that Villa, who have a vacancy following the departure of Remi Garde last week, are keen on appointing a British manager for life in the Championship next season.

Swansea are expected to be without a manager in the summer as Francesco Guidolin's contract as head coach runs out and he has already expressed a desire to coach the Italy national team.

According to The Mirror, both Villa and Swansea are keeping track of negotiations between the Welsh Football Association and Coleman, whose contract expires after this summer's European Championships.

Coleman has coached four clubs in his career - Fulham, Real Sociedad, Coventry City and Larissa.
