Theo Walcott 'to undergo medical at Everton ahead of £20m move from Arsenal'

Theo Walcott is reportedly due to have a medical ahead of a £20m switch to Everton from Arsenal.

Theo Walcott is reportedly on the verge of finalising a move to Everton from Arsenal.

Toffees manager Sam Allardyce has made no secret of the fact that he wants the winger to move to Goodison Park.

The experienced coach has also suggested that Walcott will be allowed to play anywhere across the front three if he joins.

According to Football.London, the two clubs are close to agreeing a £20m fee and a medical has been arranged for later this afternoon.

The report claims that both parties are aiming to thrash out the final details of the deal in time for Walcott to have the relevant medical checks.

If the England international does depart Arsenal, he will be ending a 12-year spell in which he made 397 appearances and scored 108 goals.
