Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal lead Godfred Donsah race

A report claims that North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal will go head to head for the signing of Cagliari Calcio midfielder Godfred Donsah this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal will reportedly go head to head for the signing of Cagliari Calcio midfielder Godfred Donsah this summer.

The 18-year-old, who has also been linked with a move to Manchester City, is widely regarded as one of the best young talents in European football.

A number of clubs have been credited with an interest, but according to the London Evening Standard, Spurs and Arsenal currently lead the race for the teenager.

Donsah, who was born in Ghana, joined Italian side Palermo in 2012, but did not make a single first-team appearance for the club before moving onto Cagliari in 2014.
