Sagna heading for Arsenal exit?

Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna could be the next high-profile player to leave the club after a dispute over his contract.

The Frenchman, who moved to North London from Auxerre in 2007, has a deal with the Gunners until the summer of 2014.

According to the Daily Mail, the right-back feels 'disrespected' by Arsenal's offer of a 12-month contract extension, and has told his teammates that he expects to leave at the end of the season.

The 29-year-old, who has suffered two broken legs in the past year, is angered by the club refusing to improve his current wage of £60,000 a week, and is looking for one last big contract.

Sagna has been linked with a move to Inter Milan, having publicly criticised Arsene Wenger in the summer for selling Robin van Persie and Alex Song.

The Gunners also remain in a battle with winger Theo Walcott over a new deal, with the England international's current contract expiring in the summer.
